A new name and logo, but the same great agency

Opportunity Neighborhood Development Corporation has shortened our name to Opportunity Neighborhood. 

When the organization began eleven years ago, our founders' vision was to create a non-profit organization that would purchase troubled rental complexes and redevelop them into safe and affordable rental communities. 

After a few years of redeveloping properties, we discovered safe and stable affordable housing communities also required onsite social services.  Since then we have shifted our focus from property redevelopment to providing onsite services and programs to families and children living in affordable housing communities.

Our shortened name and redesigned logo better reflects who we are and what we provide.
