Who We Are
Opportunity Neighborhood promotes safe and supportive housing by providing individual and family support services onsite at affordable housing complexes throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
Onsite services are free and offered to over 3,400 residents. Residents propose programs that meet their community needs, and services are then developed through partnerships with local schools, law enforcement, community organizations and Opportunity Neighborhood.
Opportunity Neighborhood is the essential bridge between private development, the public sector, non-profit service providers, and residents in order to sustain access to housing that is not only safe and affordable, but rich in community resources and support.
Onsite services are specifically designed to meet Opportunity Neighborhood's goals of increasing community safety, increasing housing stability and increasing opportunities for family success.
